Blocked the pavement with his van despite huge amounts of parking space. Thought it was very entertaining when I couldn't get the disability pushchair past and didn't move it. I've edited this to reply to the lies you've written. You actually laughed at me trying to get past, you didn't offer to move the van despite me saying that it would help if you parked further forward. The pushchair was catching on the bar at the edge of the pavement, not the plants. And it was a disabled space you were parked in!
