Lovely walk around another magnificent National Trust property.
The cafe is small but produces excellent breakfasts/snacks.
The house tour was expertly narrated by the team of knowledgeable volunteers and the garden tour is well worth it just to entrance into the Yew Garden.
If you’re planning on taking a walk around the grounds, it can get muddy so bring some wellies!

Small Tudor house with lovely gardens, however it is probably better in the summer months as the gardens were tour guide only at the moment and there were only two tours on the day I went. There is a cute little kitchen garden and a picnic area. The cafe looked very big from the outside with both indoor and outdoor seating. There are a lot of fields to go walking through and quite a few paths that link back to each other so it isn't easy to get lost.

A beautiful house with gorgeous gardens... the long gallery is stunning. The mixture of rich dark wood, tapestries and red rugs makes this house very cosy and homely... be sure to look out for Queen Marys tea cup!

Beautiful old house and garden. It was a wet day when we visited but we made the most of it. Cafe is to the national trusts usual high standards

A beautiful National Trust in a quiet area of Solihull.
I came here with my friend and we both loved how peaceful The Yew Garden was, definitely my favourite area. Highly recommend if you want to put a great podcast on and get some steps in or walk around the grounds with a friend over coffee.

Such a nice National Trust! Margaret was SO knowledgeable, she's a true asset to the place! If you can, catch a garden tour - especially in the winter months as you get to see closed areas that are so worth it, it's very interesting. Elizabeth the tour guide was great. Don't miss this property!

Another gem in Warwickshire from the National Trust. The house is a really interesting house with lots of history and a great story. The guides are knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions. Don’t leave with a nice walk round the gardens aswell, definitely worth a visit 👍🏻

Nice place to visit if you're en route. Pleasant gardens. Fairly quick to walk round the house. Didn't stop at the cafe but the meals looked good and some visitors were having a cooked breakfast.

No map of the grounds or for navigation throughout the house. No timed tickets given for house tour upon entry. The volunteers inside the property were pleasant and knowledgeable. Gardens were absolutely beautiful. The house wonderfully restored in Tudor style. A variety of plants are available, but would have been nice to have more included that have been grown in the gardens than what was on offer to buy.

Amazing, beautiful historical place. Perfect for a family outing. The last entry to the house was too early and they closed minutes before us and we didn't get to see it. I think it should be longer during the weekend as it is quite crowded. We will definitely visit again!!!
